Bryan Thomas has spent the better part of 20 years in the health and fitness industry. His goal has always been to inform people with no nonsense information that allows them to make informed decisions on what is best for them.
Bryan Thomas has two degrees, first a Bachelors in Science Health Promotions from South Dakota State University and second a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Through education and working at the university human performance lab, Bryan saw first hand the power of the right training and nutrition.
Bryan spent his early years in fitness with one of the leading health and fitness companies in the United States. Bryan worked first hand with people in achieving health and fitness goals.
One of the key areas that Bryan specializes in is metabolism. As metabolism was a major part of his masters program, Bryan conducted many seminars on how to master your metabolism. Through easy to understand language, Bryan was able to support people in understanding how they can take control of their metabolism and the lifestyle necessary for a lifetime of healthy success.
One of the biggest successes for Bryan was the creation of a complete fitness program that would become one of the most successful programs for the leading health and fitness company. What made it unique was the ability to work with people on both exercise and nutrition on a consistent basis. The program’s success was largely do to the longer term commitment participants made for at least 3 months which allowed from results to happen from physiological changes than smoke and mirrors of short term fixes.
Bryan has spent the last 15 years in the nutritional side of the business educating people of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Bryan believes that nutritional supplements can play a vital role in supporting a healthy life by supporting issues that are lacking in most people’s everyday lifestyles. Supplements are not the answer though are a tool used to achieve results faster and keep results gained.
