Heather Michelle has spent the past 20 years specializing in sports performance, training, and recovery with all age populations. Her goal is to help people improve their overall health with the right tools specific to their needs.
Heather has a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from West Virginia University and a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified through NASM.
Heather has worked in the sports and fitness industry for the past 20 years helping people reach their goals. She has spent her earlier years working with high school and college athletes as well as the Pittsburgh Ballet specializing in injury and health management. During this time, Heather also worked alongside with several top orthopedic surgeons at the UPMC Rooney Sports Complex. She then worked for several years after with one of the leading health and fitness companies in the United States taking her knowledge of sports training and applying it into daily lives.
One of the main areas Heather specializes in is injury management. Heather’s extensive background of anatomy allows her to assist individuals to strengthen weaker areas and get back to normal activities of daily living.
