What the research says about cinnamon

The page lists Cinnamon Powder 150mg. A 2024 study in Menopause gave one cinnamon capsule (1 g) a day for 2 months, or placebo, to 60 postmenopausal women aged 45 to 60, recruited at health centers in Hamadan, Iran. It was a randomized, triple-blind trial. Symptoms were scored with the Menopause Rating Scale before and 2 months later. Data from 59 women were analyzed. After 2 months the scores were 13.95 ± 4.16 for the cinnamon group and 16.64 ± 4.16 for the placebo group (P = 0.01). The dose in the study was 1 g, not 150 mg. Its conclusion: "The consumption of cinnamon in postmenopausal women has been found to improve the severity of menopause symptoms, with a particular emphasis on the psychological domain." The study did not test Pink Pussycat Passionfruit Honey Sensual Enhancement Sachet.

What the FDA says about sexual enhancement products

It also says: "These may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs such as nitroglycerin and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. This is especially concerning for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease, who commonly take nitrate-containing medications."
