DIRECTIONS
As A Dietary Supplement Take One Serving (4 Capsules) 1 Time Per Day. SS8 Can Be Taken With Or Without Food. Some People May Have A Sensitive Stomach And Will Not Tolerate Green Tea Extract Well On An Empty Stomach. If This Is You, Be Sure To Take SS8 With Meals.
